Exceptional flavour begins with exceptional ingredients.
Every cake is created using carefully selected, premium quality ingredients, including organic flour, free range eggs, real butter, Belgian chocolate and the finest Italian fondant. Each tier is baked to order and finished with a delicate layer of white chocolate ganache, creating the flawless finish and refined sharp edges that have become a signature of my designs.
While every cake is created to be visually striking, flavour is equally important. My aim is to ensure that each slice tastes every bit as memorable as it looks, providing an experience for you and your guests that is both beautiful and delicious.

Whilst every care is taken during preparation, all cakes are produced in a kitchen where gluten, dairy, eggs, soya and nuts are present. As a result, I cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens.
Unfortunately, I am unable to offer egg free, vegan or dairy free cakes, and I cannot accommodate nut allergies.
