I work closely with a limited number of couples each year, creating contemporary fondant wedding cakes that are thoughtfully designed and meticulously created. From our first conversation through to the moment your cake is unveiled, every detail is considered with care, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout your wedding planning journey.
Drawing inspiration from every element of your celebration—from your floral design and stationery to your venue styling, attire, colour palette and personal aesthetic—I create bespoke designs that feel effortlessly connected to your day. For couples seeking an elevated level of artistry, sugar flowers can also be incorporated, offering a strikingly realistic and timeless finish.
To maintain the highest standards, I specialise exclusively in fondant wedding cakes and no longer offer buttercream, naked or carved cake designs.

RESERVE YOUR DATE
Once you have secured your venue, I recommend getting in touch to confirm availability. To ensure every cake receives the attention it deserves, I accept a maximum of two wedding commissions per week, and many couples reserve their date 12 months in advance.
Your wedding date can be secured with a £100 non-refundable booking fee, allowing you to continue planning with confidence, knowing your cake is in expert hands.
THE TASTING EXPERIENCE
All booked couples receive a complimentary luxury tasting box, beautifully presented to showcase six of my most loved cake flavours, accompanied by a selection of edible wedding favours.
For couples wishing to experience the flavours before booking, tasting boxes are available several times throughout the year. Should you choose to proceed with your booking, this will be deducted from your final balance.
BESPOKE DESIGN CONSULTATION
Approximately six months before your wedding, we will meet for a private design consultation where we will explore every detail of your celebration and begin refining your cake design.
These consultations are tailored to you and your partner and typically last around 45 minutes. You' re welcome to bring
invitations, fabric swatches, floral inspiration, mood boards or any other styling details to help shape your design.
Following our consultation, I will carefully consider all of the details we have discussed and create up to three bespoke design concepts inspired by your vision and the styling of your wedding day. This thoughtful design process allows us to refine every element, ensuring the final cake feels beautifully personal and perfectly aligned with your celebration.
FINAL DETAILS
Your final balance is due 28 days before your wedding date. Prior to this, I will be in touch to confirm all final details and ensure every element of your design is exactly as envisioned.
I will also liaise directly with your venue and any relevant suppliers, coordinating all cake related logistics to ensure a flawless delivery and set up.
On the morning of your wedding, your cake will be personally delivered and professionally styled at your venue. With every detail carefully managed, you can relax and fully immerse yourself in the celebration, knowing your wedding cake is being handled with the utmost care and attention.
