All our cakes are made with fresh high quality ingredients - organic flour, real butter, free range eggs, Belgian chocolate and the finest Swiss fondant. Our cakes are coated in a thin layer of white chocolate ganache which helps create those amazing sharp edges and a strong structure, plus it tastes amazing too!

Chocolate Hazelnut

Sticky Toffee

Rich medjool date sponge layered with vanilla buttercream and salted caramel

Coconut Crunch

Vanilla sponge layered with pineapple jam, coconut & macadamia nut crunch, coconut buttercream

White Chocolate & Passion Fruit

Vanilla sponge, layered with white chocolate buttercream and passion fruit curd

Lemon & Blueberry

Lemon and blueberry sponge layered with blueberry jam and lemon buttercream​

Blackberry & Lime

Vanilla sponge infused with blackberry coulis & lime zest and a blackberry & lime buttercream

Chocolate Guinness

Rich chocolate stout sponge with crunchy pecan praline, salted caramel drizzle and vanilla buttercream

Biscoff Cheesecake

Caramel sponge, biscoff spread, crushed digestives and a cheesecake buttercream

Coconut & Raspberry

Coconut sponge, filled with raspberry jam and coconut buttercream

Chai Spiced Latte

Aromatic chai spiced sponge with salted caramel and a coffee buttercream

Pistachio

Pistachio sponge, layered with raspberry jam and pistachio ganache buttercream

Cherry Bakewell

Almond and raspberry sponge, with raspberry jam and almond buttercream

 

Raspberry & White Chocolate

Vanilla sponge rippled with raspberry coulis layered with white chocolate buttercream​

Red Velvet Oreo

Bright red and velvety sponge layered with oreo buttercream.

Whilst every effort is taken to reduce cross contamination, our cakes are baked in an environment where gluten, dairy, soya, eggs and nuts are present, and therefore traces still may be present.

​

Unfortunately I'm unable to offer eggless, vegan or dairy free cakes and I cannot cater to nut allergies.
